Therapy is a process—kind of like learning to surf, except the waves are your emotions, and I’m here to help you find your balance. I believe that healing comes from within, and my job is to guide you in accessing your own inner wisdom. My approach blends research-backed mindfulness techniques, body-based therapies, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), all aimed at helping you feel more at home in yourself.
I see therapy as a steady, intentional journey—one that takes patience, effort, and a willingness to slow down and listen to yourself. In our sessions, I strive to create a space that feels safe, warm, and free of judgment, so you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I’m always learning, always curious, and always tailoring my approach to fit what works best for you.
When I’m not in therapist mode, I enjoy comedy, music, moving my body, and connecting with people—especially over a good conversation in the sauna.
If therapy had a sauna equivalent, I’d like to think it’s that moment when you finally exhale and realize you don’t have to hold everything so tightly. My goal is to help you find more of those moments. Ideally, without all the sweating.
