2. No Emergency or Crisis Services

Our services are not intended for crisis situations. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911, reach out to a crisis hotline, or seek immediate professional help.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

While we prioritize client confidentiality in therapy sessions, communications through this website (such as contact forms or email) are not fully secure. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal or medical information online. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

4. Appointment Policies

• Therapy sessions are by appointment only.

• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 business hours notice; otherwise, clients will be charged for the full fee of the session Business days include Mondays through Fridays excluding Federal Holidays.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without fee adjustments.

5. Payment & Fees

• Fees for services are outlined on our website or discussed before your first session.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• We currently accept Medicaid in limited slots. We additionally offer out-of-network services. Your therapist can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement from your insurance company.

6. No Guarantees of Outcomes

Therapy is a process, and while we strive to support you, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
